We understand that situations can arise unexpectedly. However, please note the following cancellation terms to help us manage our scheduling and ensure the best experience for all participants:

• Cancellations made a 2 weeks before the class: A 50% non-refundable payment will apply. This helps cover the lost opportunity of accommodating other participants in our limited spots.

• Cancellations made on the same day: An 100% non-refundable payment will apply. As this affects our ability to offer the spot to others, we make this adjustment to accommodate the lost time and resources.

• No-show: 100% of the payment is refundable. We strive to maintain a fair and consistent schedule for everyone, so any absence without prior notice can significantly affect the class experience for others
